I recently had the honour to take a cooking course from Kei, a young chef from Japan that creates a French-Japanes cuisine at his Michelin star restaurant, Kei’s Passion Restaurant. He gives cooking lessons to small classes once a month and you get to eat what you create! Kei is one of the youngest chefs to receive a Michelin star (he received his at 28yrs old). An inspiring chef with a passion for food that is contagious. If anyone is in Nice, then I definitely recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.
